There is a NCO still in place, but the victim keeps calling me? What should I do?

If there is a no contact order in place, and you’re receiving phone calls, texts, emails, messages through a third person, save every one of them. Do not reply. If you reply, even if it’s at the invitation of the other person, you’re still in violation of your no-contact order. However, if you save those messages, your attorney can show the court that that person really isn’t afraid of you and we can get the no contact order dissolved.
